CONSIDERACIONES

Inflation & Care

Inflate the product at room temperature between 15°C and 25°C. The material will be more flexible, and inflating will be easier. Do not inflate when the product is cold. Inflate all products using a volume air pump such as foot pump, manual, electric or other air pump designed to blow low pressure (no more than 30 mbar/0.44 PSI/3 KPa). Do not use high pressure compressor or service station tire air pump. Do not over inflate. Inflating quickly with high pressure and overinflating will damage the welding seams. These resulting damages are not covered by the warranty. All these products have been designed for use in a well maintained and properly supervised amusement facility.They are intended for use in easy flowing water and proper safety procedures should be followed. Monitor the condition of all tubes, and remove worn or damaged products from service immediatly.

Storage recommendations

Make sure the inflatable tube is clean and TOTALLY dry before preparing for the storage. Deflate the tube by inserting a small plastic straw into the valve (not a rigid straw to avoid damages on the valve and material). Make sure the tube is totally empty of air. Remove the plastic straw from the valve, before piling the tubes on each other. Store the tubes flat (not folded), on a flat and clean surface, in a dry storage area, away from sun light. Avoid excessive weight on the tubes, which may result in wrinkles and even other squeezes and pinch problems. Do not store close to a heater or any source of excessive heat. Ideal ambient storage temperature : between +5°C and +20°C.. Make sure that no rodents (rats, mice….) can approach the tubes.

Warranty guidelines

All products supplied to the waterpark industry are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects at the time of delivery. These products are designed to be used in professional waterpark/amusement facilities and under proper supervision. Not intended for private use. Legitimate manufacturer’s defects are: improperly sealed seams, improperly manufactured valves, and handles falling off due to improper sealing. Other defects such as pinholes, handles and/or valves ripped off, cuts and abrasions, and all normal wear and tear, are not manufacturer’s defects.
